Shelby Shoemake
Exchange Administrator and Notary Public

Shelby Shoemake is a 1031 Exchange Administrator with Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC, and its affiliate companies, and is based in our national corporate headquarters office located in San Diego, California.  She is also a Notary Public.

Shelby is responsible for the day-to-day administration of clients' 1031 exchange accounts, including forward, reverse and improvement (construction or build-to-suit) tax-deferred exchange strategies.

Prior to joining our team, she held the position of 1031 Exchange Assistant for two years with TransUnion Exchange Corporation (formerly Diversified Exchange Corporation) located in La Jolla, California.  And, prior to joining Diversified Exchange Corporation, she worked as a special events coordinator for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for three years.

Shelby is involved with numerous professional organizations including the California Escrow Association (CEA) and the San Diego County Escrow Association (SDCEA) and frequently attends their dinner meetings and annual conferences.
